Terms & Conditions

1 Minimum 02 (two) Pax required for execution of tours...
2 100% PAYMENT IN ADVANCE for confirmation of tour packages...
3 SIMILAR CATEGORY: In situations where it is not possible to provide Hotels / Resorts as mentioned; a similar / equivalent Category will be provided...
4 COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST or MEALS means Fixed Menu Items as offered by that Hotel / Resort and not Ala-Carte; which will be charged extra if ordered separately / exclusively...
5 An ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY SURCHARGE of  1,000/- to  4,000/- will be charged per Night on Accommodation during the Peak Season Period between 14th of December till 16th of January every year; alongwith all / any applicable taxes on selected Hotels / Resorts ...
6 A COMPULSORY MEAL SUPPLEMENT of  1,000/- to  3,000/- will be charged on Bookings on the eve of Christmas & New Year Night individually alongwith all / any applicable taxes on selected Hotels / Resorts...
7 RE–SCHEDULING and UP–GRADATION of Confirmed Bookings will be treated as per Cancellation Policy and will be done only on the availability of Rooms and Tickets...
8 FLIGHT CANCELLATION: We will stand nowhere responsible if your Airlines cancel their scheduled Arrivals & Departures for whatever reasons; and the cancellations & refunds will be initiated according to our Cancellation Policies as described in the next section...
9 PRICE ESCALATION: We will stand nowhere responsible if the Cost of the Package or the Price of any Event increases due to market inflations or high demand of that product(s) to counteract competition for that period of time; and hence you will be charged accordingly...
10 No illegal instruments / activities will be allowed on the tour...
11 All Rules & Regulations to be strictly adhered...
12 All Disputes subject to Andaman & Nicobar Jurisdiction...

Cancellation & Refund Policies

1 75% Refund — 60 Days prior to your scheduled arrival...
2 50% Refund — 30 Days prior to your scheduled arrival...
3 40% Refund — 29–15 Days prior to your arrival...
4 00% Refund — within 15 Days of your arrival...
5 00% Refund — in the middle of your tour in execution ...

6 NO REFUNDS will be initiated for any UN–USED SERVICES...

7 RE–SCHEDULING of Tours will be treated as Cancellation of confirmed Bookings and will be Charged and Refunded accordingly...   and will be done only if there is any availability of Rooms & Tickets...

8 UPGRADATION: Extra / Full Charges will be charged if the Guest chooses / desires for an Change / Upgradation of Hotels / Resorts or Rooms; and will be done only if there is any availability of Rooms...   While the Refunds for Cancellation of the Confirmed Rooms during Upgradation will solely depend on the Norms & Guidelines of that concerned Hotel / Resort...

NOTE: NO REFUNDS for Cancellation of Bookings during the PEAK SEASON PERIOD from 14th of December till 16th of January every year...

REFUNDS : SUCCESSFUL REFUNDS WILL BE CLEARED WITHIN 45–60 DAYS OF VERIFIED CANCELLATION...

Important Notes

1 IDENTITY PROOF : It is mandatory to carry an Identity Proof like Passport, Voter ID Card or any other Documentary Proof issued by Government Concerns with recent Passport Size Photographs, Full Name and Address; and should be produced whenever and wherever required and asked for...
2 CHECK IN & OUT : Check–In for most Hotels starts at 08:00 AM, while the Check–Out starts from 07:00 AM till 10:00 AM... which means if you are boarding your Flights or Cruises in the late afternoons, you will have to spend your spare time in the Hotel's Lobby or request for a Late Check–Out for which the Hotels will charge some extra amount that too upon availability of Rooms... ELSE you can take a short city tour upon extra payments...
3 CHILD POLICY : OCCUPANCY :
  a. Children below 03 (Three) Years of age are Complimentary...
  b. Children above 03 (Three) Years & below 05 (Five) Years of age are Complimentary if sharing Bed with their Parents, else will be charged as per Child Occupancy Tariff's...
  c. Children above 05 (Five) Years & below 12 (Twelve) Years of age will be charged as per Child Occupancy Tariff's...
  d. Children above 12 (Twelve) Years of age will be treated as Adults & will be charged accordingly with full Tariff's...
  e. TICKETS & PASSES : Children above 02 (Two) Years & below 05 (Five) Years of age who are entitled for Ticket, Passes & Permits wherever applicable; should obtain one when required on direct payments... While for Children above 05 (Five) Years, the Ticket Charges are clubbed with the Package Costings...
4 EXTRA PERSON / PAX : means a Person sharing the Room with an Extra Bed / Mattress as provided by the Hotel, and doesn't mean that an Extra Room will be provided for accommodation...
5 VEHICLES : The Vehicles / Transports means Vehicles used for Tours & Tour Activities and shall not be disposed off as per Guest's discretion; In case the Guest requires extra usage of Vehicles; which can be provided / arranged upon extra charges as applicable...
6 LUGGAGES : The safety of the Guests Luggages & Belongings will be solely at their own discretion and we shall not be held responsible for any kind of Losses or Damages brought to them...
